I have been in private practice for over 20 years in San Diego California, Helena Montana, Hood River Oregon and Aspen Colorado. In 1987 I started my schooling with the IPSB International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego California and continued schooling from all over the world accumulating well over 2000 hours of training. My specialties are deep tissue/reconstructive bodywork, sports massage, skin rolling/skin brushing, trigger, tregger, reflexology, reiki, esalen, acupressure, aromatherapy, cranial sacral balancing, hot stone massage and deeply relaxing massages are also a large part of my practice.
NICK GORANOV
I have been a massage therapist for ten years. When I was young I was an athlete and later studied Physical Education. Many of the sports that are so much fun can damage your body, eventually the inevitable wear and tear of playing hard lead me to find ways of repairing and maintaining my body so that I can continue to play. Thai massage is one of the branches of Traditional Thai Medicine. The founder of Thai massage and medicine is said to have been Shivago Komarpaj, who is said to have been the Buddha's physician over 2500 years ago. This kind of massage made its way to Thailand, where the Ayurvedic techniques and principles gradually became influenced by traditional Chinese medicine. Thai massage involves yoga-like stretches and slow prolonged muscle pressure point holds. The intensity of the massage is tailored to the persons physique and their goal at the moment...the massage can be extremely gentle and relaxing, or vigorous (attempting to bring flow in paces in the body that have been deprived of nourishment). This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils are used. I studied Thai massage in Phuket, Thailand. During my first visit there I fell in love with the country, the people and the body-work possibilities. During my second visit I had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of Thai massage. I also am trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Prenatal massage, Stone massage, Thai massage, Reflexology/acupressure, Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique).
SONNI JACKSON
Practicing massage since 2001, Sonni integrates the modalities of Thai massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and my official release in her therapy. Her massage experience and injury recovery background inspires Sonni to encourage stretching and yoga for her clients in efforts to not just treat, but to prevent strain and injury to the body. She customizes treatments based on her clients' condition and modality preference to improve their physical condition while fostering health for the long term. Raised in rural Southern Colorado, and having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1998, Sonni loves to travel, spend time with friends, and enjoys the outdoors by hiking, road biking, and rafting in the summer, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter.

JULIETA HASKETT
Listening to my heart's voice, I came to the USA from Argentina. After attending a Buddhist meditation class in the Roaring Fork Valley I traveled to Thailand for 30 days of silence meditation… there I also began my Yoga practice and other healing arts. I graduated from Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado as a Massage Therapist offering Shiatsu, Acupressure, Hot Stone, Rain drop Technique (Aromatherapy), Reflexology, Pre Natal, Reiki, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Oriental Healing Assessment. I am also a Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I am honored to offer private/semi private in both yoga styles. My practice and experiences have made me understand the importance of having a meditation practice and living mindfully in the present moment...it is when we can really see within that we can see without.

The respect and listening I offer gives you a chance to have the session your way. And the safety of the atmosphere that we create lets your body know it can relax and allow the work to be done. Techniques I use are acupressure, stretches, muscle testing (to see how the body is functioning side to side), energy balancing and trigger point therapy.
