Full Circle Massage Emily HightowerEMILY HIGHTOWER
Emily Hightower began teaching yoga in 2003 after studying the practice since adolescence. Her passion for yoga was stoked by her first teacher and friend, Paige Robinson, who created Soma Pura Yoga and taught Emily how to work with subtle energy on and off the mat. Emily’s formal training with Debra Koehn, founder of Yoga Adventure, guided her deeper into the nature and heart of yoga. Emily is drawn to working one on one with people to enhance the therapeutic benefits and personal challenges offered by the practice. Her classes are fun, light, inspiring and taught with accuracy, attention and care. Emily continues to study yoga philosophy, coach meditation, and share yoga with prenatal, special needs and personal clients.

Full Cirlce Massage Winer BenedictWINTER BENEDICT
My husband and I moved to Snowmass Village in August 2010, but I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Between 2000 and 2009, I obtained two bachelors degrees, started a Masters program, studied abroad in England and France, and worked at a museum and a doggie daycare center. In all my pursuits, however, I was never able to find inner peace or my true identity.
Yoga found me three years ago when my father was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer and committed suicide. Faced with this tragic loss, I realized that life is about a whole lot more than intellectual accomplishments and an impressive resume.
My teaching style can be described as an eclectic mixture of Power Vinyasa Flow, Classical Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. Moving with the breath through each sequence of poses guides my classes.
I encourage play and spontaneity in each class and respond to the flow of energy in each session, taking into consideration the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of my students. Through drawing from personal experience and combining different yogic traditions my classes become more than an interesting form of exercise: students increase their flexibility, discover deep relaxation and healing, and develop strength and mental clarity.

Full Circle Massage Tammy FavargueTAMMY FOVARGUE

She practices integrative bodywork using techniques from myofascial release, deep tissue, cranial sacral, thai massage, shiatsu, swedish, hot stone, and somatic emotional clearing. Her focus is to offer relaxation, pain relief, balance and better function. Her inspiration to teach yoga comes from wanting to share the beauty, expansion and awareness that are awakened in this practice. She teaches with an emphasis on alignment, acceptance, and listening to the body. Her classes incorporate breath work, asana, and meditation. Tammy received her teacher training from Gayna Uransky, who was one of the 1st Iyengar instructors in California. The training was based in Iyengar's teachings, but also offered an overview of other forms of yoga. Tammy has taken classes with Shiva Rea, Jonny Kest, Mark Whitwell, Doug Swenson, Deborah Koehn, and many other wonderful teachers who have inspired her practice.

Full Circle Massage Lisa Linden JULIETA HASKETT
Listening to my heart's voice, I came to the USA from Argentina. After attending a Buddhist meditation class in the Roaring Fork Valley I traveled to Thailand for 30 days of silence meditation… there I also began my Yoga practice and other healing arts. I graduated from Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado as a Massage Therapist offering Shiatsu, Acupressure, Hot Stone, Rain drop Technique (Aromatherapy), Reflexology, Pre Natal, Reiki, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Oriental Healing Assessment. I am also a Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I am honored to offer private/semi private in both yoga styles. My practice and experiences have made me understand the importance of having a meditation practice and living mindfully in the present moment...it is when we can really see within that we can see without.
